Membership Rules

We keep the program strict so wholesale pricing and member credits remain sustainable for the businesses actually using the program.

Store Credit

Credits are members-only, non-cash, non-transferable and cannot be stacked. Credit releases monthly and expires monthly if unused.

Active Membership

Your membership must remain active and paid to use member credit. Failed payments can suspend membership benefits.

Qualifying Purchases

Monthly credit requires the minimum qualifying purchase for your membership level: $25, $50, $100 or $150.

Protection

Credits are subject to Black Demand's cancellation, return and fraud protections and have no cash value.

Membership levels, qualifying purchases and program benefits are subject to Black Demand approval and program terms. Membership credit is not redeemable for cash.
